The De Vielle Chimney Cowl - Black guards against issues brought on by rain, birds, and down draughts in the chimney. It can tolerate flue temperatures of up to 200 degrees Celsius and is suited for use with gas, oil and solid fuel chimneys.

To prevent birds and vermin from entering, a stainless steel bird-guard mesh has been installed. The cowl fits chimneys with an exterior diameter of little more than 250mm (10 inches). It is simple to install and doesn't require any extra tools.

This product has passed a BSEN 1856 gas test. Important information: It is advised that you remove the bird-guard mesh if using with solid fuel.
