Bostik Water Seal is a high-performance waterproofer designed for trade use. It is formulated to deeply penetrate porous exterior surfaces, creating a water-resistant barrier. This product is suitable for use on concrete, brick, stone, slate, terracotta, render, and timber.
Despite providing a water-resistant barrier, the treated surface remains breathable, allowing water vapor to escape and preventing water from being trapped. Bostik Water Seal is transparent and should not significantly alter the appearance of the surface. However, some surfaces may experience a slight darkening effect, so it is recommended to conduct a small test area before full application. Additionally, Water Seal aids in preventing condensation, efflorescence, and damage caused by frost.
